This deep water borehole at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro serves over 1,500 community members, some of whom trek here for over an hour to access life's most essential resource. @childfund drilled this system last year and has plans to expand it with additional water points, as it's still out of reach for many in the area. The only affordable alternative is to gather water from streams flowing off the mountain, which are ofter polluted and used to water livestock.

I've spent the last couple weeks hanging out with some fabulous volunteers and clients at food banks from here to the NC border. Looking for an awesome organization to invest in? Seeking to make an impact in your community? Feed More's work is vital to food security in our commonwealth. Take it from the client's themselves:

"This is going to last for a good bit and I appreciate that," says Ashton White, a student at J. Sargent Reynolds Community College, shown in the first photograph here. "Because sometimes I don't know where my next meal's going to come from, so sometimes most of my meals will be peanut butter and crackers and stuff like this is very helpful and very beneficial."
